Summary of the Case: On the 27th of May, a relative alerted the Alarm Phone shift team to a boat in distress in the Western Mediterranean Sea. According to the relative, a zodiac had departed on the 26th early in the morning from Nador, Morocco, carrying ten travellers. The shift team alerted the relevant authorities, including the Spanish search and rescue organisation Salvamento Maritimo, and relayed all information. In the evening, the relative informed the Alarm Phone that the travellers had arrived in Motril, Spain, and were all doing well.
