Summary of the Case: On the 24th of December, a relative informed the Alarmphone shift team about a white rubber boat that has left in the morning from Temsamane, carrying 12 travellers. The Alarmphone could not reach the travellers but relayed all the information to the Spanish search and rescue organisation Salvamento Maritimo. During the next hours, the shift teams called Salvamento Maritimo, the Spanish Coast Guard and the Spanish police, but none of them had information about this boat. In the early morning of the 25th, the relative informed the shift team that the group had arrived on their own in Motril.
