Summary of Case In the afternoon of September 12th Alarmphone was called by a relative who alerted us to a group of three people in distress. They had departed Al Hoceima, Morocco. We were unable to contact the people in distress directly and informed authorities at 15.57 CEST. We were unable to reach the people in distress throughout the day. At 01.00 CEST the relative who had alerted us to the case informed us the group had arrived to Malaga safely.

Border police patrols
While the exact location of patrols is of course constantly changing, this line indicates the approximate boundary routinely patrolled by border guards’ naval assets.
