Summary: On Tuesday the 28th of Septeber 2021, the Alarm Phone shift team was alerted by a relative to a group of 12 travellers who were in distress in the Mediterranean Sea. The travellers had left from Bouyafar the day before at 21:00 CEST in a wooden boat. We could not reach the people onboard. At 10:49 CEST we emailed the Spanish search and rescue organisation Salvamento Marítimo (SM) and forwarded all the information we had, shortly after we called SM Almeria. In the early morning of 29th September we learned that the travellers arrived in Motril. Boza!
