Summary of Case In the afternoon of August 14th Alarmphone was alerted to a group of nine men who had departed Temsamane on their way to Spain, in distress. The relative who alerted us to the distress case stated the group was travelling in a white zodiac. We were unable to establish direct contact to the boat in distress and alerted authorities at 15.22 CEST. At 21.30 CEST the relative who had alerted us to the case informed us their loved ones had contacted them, saying the group had been rescued by the Spanish Search and Rescue organisation Salvamento Marítimo (SM).
