Summary of the Case:

On the 12th of July 2021 at 01:50 CEST the Alarm Phone received a distress call from a Tunisian number. The caller explained they are 21 people, among them 5 children, and that they have lost their engine. The call broke. Some later we received their GPS position which we relayed to the Tunisian coast guard in a phone call at 02:32 CEST. At 02:56 CEST we emailed also to them and to the Italian coast guard. The Tunisian coast guard confirmed to have started a search and rescue operation at 03:26 CEST and around 7 CEST the travellers wrote to us that they were picked up and brought back to land.
