Summary of the Case:
On the 1st of May 2021 at 07:42h CEST, the Alarm Phone was called by a group of approximately 105 travelers, among them several minors. They had left from Zuwarah or Sabratah in Libya three days before on a fiberglass boat. According to the GPS location they sent us, they were in the Maltese Search and Rescue zone. Our shift team informed the competent authorities. Finally the travelers were rescued by the crew of the Sea-Watch 4.
