Summary of the Case: On Monday 21 May at 5am, Alarm Phone received news that 5 travellers left Morocco from Cap Spartel at 7pm Morocco time, in Zodiaks without motors, only paddles. At 5.38, AP received news that Salvamiento Maritimo was just arriving to rescue. Rescue to Spain was confirmed.

Border police patrols
