Summary of the Case:

On July 2023 the 30th, the Alarm Phone was contacted by relatives about a push back from Cyprus to Lebanon. According to them, more than 50 people were on the boat, they had reached Cyprus 2 days before. The families asked to confirm with the Lebanese authorities about their whereabouts. Nor the JRCC or the Lebanese Navy Forces were able to confirm that interception. They nevertheless informed us that 273 people were "handed over" by Cyprus to the Lebanese Navy Forces the same day.
