Summary of the Case:
In the very early morning of the 30st of November the Alarmphone shift team was called by a group of 56 people, travelling in a grey rubber boat. They report to have left from Agadir on the 26th of November. Among those on board were (pregnant) women, men and children. They report that water had started entering their boat and were asking for immediate rescue also because many people on board were in serious need of medical attention. We immediately alerted the Spanish search and rescue organisation Salvamento Maritimo. In the evening the Spanish authorities Guardia Civil informed the alarmphone shift team that all the people of this boat had been rescued by Salvamento Maritimo earlier the same day.

Border police patrols
