Summary of the Case:
On the 25th of April Alarmphone was alerted about 10 people in distress in Greek waters, close to the Turkish waters. At 03:20 we managed to reach the people on board who told us they were sinking and their engine was not working. We alerted the Hellenic Coat Guard.
At 04.30 we were informed that the Turkish Coast Guard rescued the people, even though according to the position of the people it would have been the responsability of the Hellenic Coast Guard.

Border police patrols
While the exact location of patrols is of course constantly changing, this line indicates the approximate boundary routinely patrolled by border guards’ naval assets.
