Situation: 10-12 people from Tazaghine, intercepted to Morocco

Summary of Case: In the late afternoon of January 01st Alarm Phone was called by relatives alerting us to a group of 10-12 travelers of Moroccan origin, who had departed from Tazaghine, Morocco in the early morning of January 1st,, traveling on a grey rubber boat. We were not able to establish direct contact with the boat. At 18:30CET we informed the Spanish Search and Rescue organisation Salvamento Marítimo (SM) Almeria about the boat. After getting in touch an hour later, they had no news about the boat or any ongoing operations. At 20:30CET the travelers contacted us that their motor was not working well and that they were going back to Morocco. Shortly after the relatives informed us that the travelers have safely returned to Morocco.
