Summary of Case In the morning of October 3rd Alarm Phone was called by a relative who informed us about a group of nine people in distress. The caller related the group of travellers had departed Mostaganem two days previously and they had had no news of their family members since then. We forwarded the alert to authorities at 12.11 CEST. In the afternoon of the same day, the relative called again informing us the group had arrived to Spain safely.

  • Border police patrols
     
    While the exact location of patrols is of course constantly changing, this line indicates the approximate boundary routinely patrolled by border guards’ naval assets.
