On the 29th of August 2021 at 02h20 in the morning, the Alarm Phone received a call from a woman whose friend was in distress on the way from Tangier, Morocco, to Tarifa, Spain. Reportedly, there were four people on board of a black and red inflatable row boat, and they had started the 28th August at 20h00 CEST.
