Summary of Case In the afternoon of August 15th Alarmphone was called by a relative who related a distress call of seven /nine men in a green boat who had departed from Al Hoceima the same day. We were unable to establish direct contact to the boat and informed authorities about the distress case at 17.05 CEST. In the night of August 16th to 17th the relative who had alerted us to the case informed us that the boat was rescued to Spain

Border police patrols
While the exact location of patrols is of course constantly changing, this line indicates the approximate boundary routinely patrolled by border guards’ naval assets.
